Saudei Bahembunga, seated, with his captors.

PHUKET: Thung Thong police yesterday evening (January 30) arrested a man wanted for terrorist activity in the Deep South of Thailand, who was hiding in a rented house in Kathu.

A police team led by Pol Lt Col Chalermchai Hernsawad arrested Saudei Bahembunga, 21, from Pattani, on an arrest warrant issued by the Yala court for conspiracy to murder and commit severe violence in Yala Town.

The police received a tip-off that Saudei had run away from the Deep South to Kathu. They found him in a no-number rented house in the area. When confronted, Saudei admitted that he was the person described in the arrest warrant.

After questioning at Thung Thong police station, he will be returned under escort to the Yala police.

Impressionable 21yr old doing the dirty work

Presumably all the stooges in the background are cops.

Now all the mates of the guy arrested know their faces.

Not worried about that?

No finger pointing this time, I thought that was standard format.

Yes. I can't work out which one is the bad guy.
