February 2, 201511 yr Before posting I did search this forum but could come up with no useful and current information. I did not want you to think I was some lazy Joe, asking others to do a job for me!. Anyway, I would be most grateful if anyone could recommend an interpreter in Pattaya with whom I can sit down for a confidential three way discussion. I am quite happy to pay a sensible going rate for this service, but have no idea where I can find someone with the bi-lingual skills and confidentiality. With many thanks.
February 2, 201511 yr I guess that any lawyer that deals with foreigners regularly will have acess to an interpreter. There is a lawyer who provides free advice on Thai Visa... http://www.siamfirm.com/#
February 2, 201511 yr There are a couple of "official" interpreters in Soi Post Office. They may be more used to translating documents than discussions. Still, cant hurt to ask.
February 2, 201511 yr I know one but the rate is 500/hour and minimum 1000 thb per visit (i think even if less than 2 hours)
