non b multi entry validity

I hold a multi entry non b issued 9 september 2014, entered thailand 10 september, i've done two trips outside thailand since. the sticker shows "enter before" 8 september 2015;if my last entry entry to thailand is on 7september 2015 how long i will be allowed to stay, will i get anoher 90 days?

Any entry done on or before the enter before date will give you a 90 day entry.

As mentioned above on my current non-b multi the sticker shows enter before 8september, i need to renew at penang my 1 year multi non-b, how many days before the 8 sep can i go to penang ask the new visa?

You don't have to do it before the expiration date. You could do it at any time during your most recent 90 day entry.

You can do it before the expiration date if you want to. A couple of weeks early would not be a problem.

The most important thing when applying in Penang is that you have at least 8 months remaining on your work permit's validity.
