The 17-year-old was about to deliver the drugs to the Goodnight resort in Phuket Town.

PHUKET: -- A 17-year-old boy was arrested with 200.12 grams of crystal meth (ya ice) just after midnight yesterday (February 5). He was arrested whilst making a delivery of the drug to the Goodnight resort in Talad Yai.

Phuket City police, under the command of Maj Gen Patchara Boonyasit, arrested boy B, 17, (real name withheld due to his age) in front of the Goodnight resort on Narison Rd with four bags of ya ice totalling of 200.12 grams.

B will be charged with possession of a Category 1 with intent to sell.

The arrest of boy B came after police arrested a fellow drug delivery man, Chon Tongkamkaew, with ya ice and ya bah on Tuesday (February 3).

Chon confessed to the police that he got paid to drop off a delivery to the Goodnight resort for their clients and told police about B.

After receiving information about the time of the next delivery at the resort, police returned and waited for B.

At 12:30am (February 5) B arrived at the resort as expected and was going to deliver his drugs to his client.

Police approached him, and whilst carrying out a search found the four bags of ya ice hidden inside a skin lotion box.

B was taken to Phuket City police station for questioning.

A slight upgrade from Pattaya's answer to Breaking Bad (0.4 grams) yesterday.

This ya ice is creating so many problems, from belligerent behaviour in locals, to shootouts, to crimes against tourists. I have no sympathy whatsoever for anyone using or caught using this particular drug. Good riddance to this drug and it's users/pushers.

No shame, grassing up a 17 yr old!!!coffee1.gif

Quite right. There is no shame in grassing up a 17 year old drug dealer. None at all.

Any drug dealer, of any age, should be 'grassed up'.

Hmm ? .....was going to deliver his drugs to his client.................... would it not have been a good Idea to have a glance at THE CLIENT ? No word about that.

BOOM - byebye life.

Do people not have a right to do what they want johnnie?

My normal response is the Ultimate Fine, due to age I back off to only 50 years jail time with no chance of parole. Just call me old softie.

First thing comes to my mind is this is only the delivery boy, I doubt he's a dealer at his age.

Cops should be looking for who gave him the stuff and also who's the dealer in the resort who accepted the previous drop a couple of days earlier...

About his mate grassing him up, haven't you noticed all Thais, when confronted with seniority, they tell the truth the whole truth and a little bit more. I've noticed it when a thai girl speaks to a cop, or at the amphur she's very humble

now that is a drug dealer ..not those 0.1 gram people they randomly catch

hopefully they can go up the chain and see who is the bigger fish
