Jingthing
CAFE INDOCHINE which was previously L'Oliver in Jomtien Complex (same owners). I would suggest the bun dishes over the Pho. The Pho broth doesn't taste authentic to me. To my taste, there is no Vietnamese food available in town that comes close to the real deal you can get either in Vietnam or most cities in the U.S. But for here, try Cafe Indochine. It includes some of the same menu items as the now closed SAIGON CAFE in the Pattaya beach mall (also same owners). Jingthing
The only friendly one that is open to the street is the one near TOT... I think someone reported that as closed. You mean the one on 3rd road, I assume. I personally was never thrilled with it anyway. More like a Thai version of Viet.

crickets
Go to a building site and im sure you could find some vietnames people to persoanly cook it for you. They might use one of the soi dogs as the main course.

chakatee
On the corner of soi Siam country club rd and Sukhumvit just down from Numchai electrical store,it's new not bad Being named Vientiane I assumed it was more Cambodian. However, if it's the same as what used to be Vientiane in front of Casa Pascal and later on in Pattaya Tai then the food should be delicious. Jingthing
Vientiane is in Laos. A place for Lao food, Thai food, and a limited number of Thai popular Vietnamese dishes. Doubtful would please people specifically looking for a Vietnamese restaurant.
KittenKong
I did eat dog in Sanakhon and it was quite delicious. . I have had dog adobo and bat adobo in the Philippines. Nothing wrong with the taste of either though the little bones in the bat are a bit of a nuisance.
