What is the best property agent in HH to rent a house (12months++)

Featured Replies

Looking for a reliable property agent in Hua Hin. Not one of those fly by night operation. Something like CBRE in bangkok.

Why not find an area or a development where you would like to live......walk or drive around and either look for rental signs or talk with westerners that live in the area and ask.......trust me in most cases they are saying the lessor pays the fees....not true in a lot of cases the owner raises the monthly rental price .....some agents even get a %of your rental......

Real estate agencies are not aid or voluntary organizations....true they do get % of rental. Whats the issue?

Since the main man has left Hot Property, I would be surprised if you will get any good service from them. The guy now has a new company on soi 57 and is by far one of the hardest working and most honest people I know.
