Hey guys, I recently heard about virtual mailboxes. Sounds great coz I always travel around a lot. I’ve heard about virtual post mail. has anyone tried it? Check their site but they don’t offer free trial? Or do you know of any similar services that provide a real free trial?

There’s one called PostScan Mail. They offer one month free trial, so if you don’t like the service yr not losing anything. I personally recommend it.

OP - are you talking about a service based in Thailand, or in the U.S. or in the U.K or where... ?

If you are speaking about a high tech mail forwarding company that scans the envelope and upon request open the mail and scan the contents and after examination by the customer -- forwards or downloads for a fee a PDF file copy... then I know of one based in the U.S. Buy this would not help a person from the U.K. as an example.

A service processing physical mail and doing as I describe above -- would need to be located in the customer's home country where he/she received physical mail.

I realize this is stating the obvious -- but you have generalized to the degree that there is no obvious.

I’m not sure who recommended virtual post mail to you but don’t. they promise free physical mail storage but then they shred yr mail after 60 days and without getting back to you first. This is not mentioned on their website or at least was not at the time when I signed up. After 2 & a half months absence i found my items shredded just because i thought service was free :( Try earth calss mail or post scan mail if you travel a lot like me. the second has a totally free physical mail storage

Another recommendation for PostScan mail, at $10 a month which includes 5 scans of letter contents, it is the best deal around

Try this one https://www.clevvermail.com/pricing/bangkok.html. They offer free trial and very good price compared to regus or other virtual mail services in Bangkok. All your incoming mail is stored in the cloud and you can access it from any device anytime. They can also forward your mail to anywhere in the world. Super easy to use and they have very responsive support team.
