I'm 69. Anything that may be in my medicine cabinet or taken by me has been thoroughly researched and cleared through credible research and my trusted medical advisors. You know, real doctors with degrees, and bonafide peer reviewed research studies. As such, each and every item serves its useful purpose, from NSAIDs (Ibuprofen etc) to antacids to vitamins to specific prescriptions when necessary. If you come to this forum for medical advice of any sort, it is unreliable personal anecdotal info based on each individual's personal experiences and non scientific assumptions and conclusions. Coming here is no substitute for your own personal research and effective health management. At the very least there is an infinite universe of expensive and worthless products and supplements making their benefactors filthy rich based on the false beliefs of customers. Think Alex Jones's supplement empire at Infowars. At the worst you can end up sick from unregulated crap that your body doesn't need. So, 3 things. 1. Balanced diet. 2. Bonafide medical advice. 3. Bonafide research as to your personal needs. Forget everything else except maybe trading recipes here. Good luck, chok dee.
