Is anyone else having telstra roaming problems in Thailand not getting calls from Australia?

I mean no offence by this reply, but did you tell Telstra you were going overseas? Have you turned the phone on and off? If prepaid, has it got credit? Have you made or received a call or text in the last 90 days, if you are living here, to keep it on the network?
