I could download the app but it was all in thai and I couldnt find any way of getting it to run inenglish

Deputy Transport Minister ArkomTempitayapaisit said taxi customers can download the app to their mobile devices starting in March.

Yes its available for free download now on google playstore its called dlt check-in. They responded to my remark that it should be in english and informed me to click on top right hand side of any page to convert to english

can it also show how much the taxi fare SHOULD be ...

why not change the law, anyone taking a cab, start with taking a pic of the number plate

than go inside

and if you are denied, very easy to send your complaint, might help to record the conversation
