Recently I bought a very beautiful massive wooden slab. The slab is very heavy, about 200 kg. I want to make a Dining Table from this peace. I have found already a Cabinetmaker. Now I am looking for a professional Locksmith who can build the framework for the slab. I already have a concrete idea how the framework should look like. I have seen it somewhere else and took some pictures. But I do not have any engeneering drawings yet.

Does anybody know where I can find a good Locksmith and/or a draughtsman around Bangkok or Pattaya? I would very appreciate it.

you do know a locksmith installs/changes locks and legally breaks into things don't you ?

maybe some locksmiths do concrete plinths etc as a side line

Iam sure the cabinetmaker can multitask and make the frame as well.

I wonder if those stainless steel and iron gate makers could provide the service that you are looking for?

know of a few of them around Pattaya and am impressed at some of the complicated and attractive designs and gates they make.

Possibly you could draw a design and then take it to them for a price?

Could try the same with the farriers who work at the Polo club stables at horseshoe point and if they couldn't they maybe know someone who could do the job
