I've seen it at Bombay Spice which is an Indian spice stall inside Warorot Market. There were two types - one ready-to-use which cost 70bt for a 200g packet and another type which you have to mix and boil or something.

I was enquiring on behalf of a friend - I don't know anything about henna - but the stallholder said it was suitable for bodypainting.
