planning to drive down through Krabi next week and want to spend a few nights at Railay Bay. Is there anywhere nearby recommended to park my car overnight? preferably with security but i'll be happy if it's just safe.

I regret, in Ao Nang almost all parking lots are taken by illegal taxis, tuk-tuks and motorbike rentals. It's very difficult to find a parking lot and forget about security. Opposite the traffic police station is a narrow road going to Phuphranang Resort and they may let you park for a fee, probably 40 Baht/day.
