Non Im B First Time

I am about to apply for my first NON IM B

I have read everything I can find on B visa on this site.

After reading the 10 steps I found some other requirements that were not listed.

(I found them in posts on this forum from members)

Set of company papers

Certificate of residence

Employment Contract

Company share registar.

1-Are these documents above necessary?

Or is the stamped Invitation letter on company letterhead as described in the Example letter all I need?

Obviouly Resume, Quallifications ect. aswell.

One other thing.

2-The company is registered to the same adress as the place I currently live in Thailand. Do you think that will look dodgey?

3- Do you really need to wear a tie in the photos that you use?

4- In the ten steps it advises getting a multiple entry B. It sounds like that may be hard to get in Penang. Can I still end up with the One year work permit and Visa if I start with single entry B?

These are not easy Questions to answer.
