Australian And Irish Couple With Son Moving To Thailand. Immigrant B Visa The Best?

Featured Replies

What a great forum!

Hello everyone,

I have been reading through some posts but would like some extra feedback please on our particular situation.

My family and I are moving to Thailand February 2007. Looking at the non-immigant visa we don't currently fit into any of the categories.

Our plan is to move to Phuket, rent a house and start looking for a business to buy with the plan of living in Thailand. We want our son to go to an international school which requires him to have a non-immigrant visa as well. Reading one of the posts there is a company ( probably many ) who will sponsor those people it feels are genuinely interested in business/investment possibilities in Thailand. My questions are:

1. Has anyone done this/got thier visa through such a company?

2. Any recommendations on the best way for us to go about getting non-immigrant, one year multiple entry visas for all of us?

3. What are the finance requirements for the applications ie how much money do we have to show we have for the visa if any?

I would certainly appreciate any feedback and assistance.

Our firm does it and I understand we charge half the fee that anyone else charges. We give 100% guarantee. If someone ever had a bad experience with our firm with a sponsor visa. They would certainly would let other members know about it. If they are successful, most never have a reason to read Thaivisa again. :o

We welcome the opportunity to help you.
