Re-entry Ed visa

Hello,

I want to buy a re-entry at Phuket immigration because i have to leave Thailand for 2 or 3 weeks.

Do you know what document i need when i go to immigration ?

Do you think i have to buy my flight ticket before or after ?

I don't find informations...

You will need a completed TM8 form with a a 4cm X 6cm photo attached Download: http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/download/pdf/tm8.pdf

You can put any dates you want in the spaces for departure and return as long as they are within your permit to stay date because they are irrelevant. They will not be on the re-entry permit stamp.

You will need copies of your passport photo page, visa, entry/permit to stay stamp, extension of stay stamp and TM6 departure card.

You will not need to show tickets.
