I am unable to use any aspect of the personal messenger function as all I get is the following message;

'Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 314572800 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 92 bytes) in /home/thaivcom/public_html/forum/admin/sources/base/ipsMember.php on line 2780'

Can anyone help please.
