A pedigree dog (if that's what you really want) is not what I'd buy from a night market as I would worry that the pups come from unscrupulous puppy mills/factories.

Perhaps something like a Thailand kennel association may point you to reputable breeders within Thailand?

Not familiar with any night market on Tai, but there is a night market on Therapasit that does have dogs and other pets for sale
