We recently expanded to take over the neighbouring business, primarily to add a few more tables. However there are also 4 (utterly dreadful) rooms for rent above. We may do nothing with them, but I am keen to learn what rules and regs I must conform to if we do look to rent. From google I have learned little, but believe if it's only 3 rooms we rent, we have no duty to register with the council etc. Anyone?? Thanks.
