Maybe it is the memory of the sixties - it took us only 10 years to completely change western society.

True enough. As I grew further into my 20's I was drawn to 'fix' myself. Probably would be dead now if I hadn't. Since then I've found more than one lifetimes worth of work in improving my own humanness. I trust that my own further self acceptance and further capacity to love others will suffice as my contribution.
