Help needed to locate "the store" in Bangkok.?

Are you using maps/google? It is the corner of Lumpini Park/Chula Hospital/Silom/Rama 4 and would have to be on the West side of Rama 4.

I think that my best chance of finding the store from here on out is to get a trustworthy translator and go on a thai forum because finding it on google street view is extremely challenging and there was a point made earlier about having the local community help since they would know best. TV is good too.

What do u think ?

What's the name of the person you're looking for? That'd be the easiest way to find the place. I think you're still - unfortunately - very unlikely to find the store with the scant information that's been provided.

I believe the names "Kath Ariyatha" but i am not entirely sure.

Trix, despite unrelenting posts in more than one thread you still haven't found the guy. Have you considered that this might be because he doesn't want to be found? Check out the "right to be forgotten" in Wikipedia. If, in fact, that's what he's invoking then you, me and the rest of us on this thread could get into trouble.

With the kind of reach TV has he's surely heard already that people are looking for him. So, I would take a break from posting and see if the guy surfaces. If not, let him go. You don't want a lawsuit. Or be blacklisted by Google, which is far worse.

I get where you are coming from but im gonna say a few things.

--TV's reach is great but not that great (ie. I still can't find the store). Like I said, it really really means a lot to me and I am certain that it is not like a cat and mouse thing where someone does not want to be found.

HOWEVER, I will take heed and i'll give it a few more days and then i'll take a break,

When I first joined TV, I was hoping for a list of wholesale stores in the area ( which match the description ) . For example if I had a list, I would be able to contact all of them and this would be over in a day but till now there was only one possible shop which i still cannot locate.

It may not seem like much to some people but when I first started, I did not even know that Bangkok was as big as it is let alone Thailand and I wasnt sure where to start looking and it is thanks to everyone so far that I even manage to get up till this point. I have absolutely no regrets ( maybe a bit ) if I had to stop now.

This may seem a tad obsessive but for the next few days to at most, a week, I will still try my best to find it and like I said many times over, even a reply to this thread makes me happy because I know someone is lending a hand and there is absolutely no way on earth i can do it alone.

--Note: I try to listen to every advice posted because you guys know better than I do and your point seems as valid as any other but at least help me out for the next few days. Sorry for the wall of text.

It was never and easy task and im sure everyone who read this knew about it.

I was never hoping to find one exact shop (1 answer).

I was always hoping to find " a hundred possible shops (sort of - 90%, match the descriptions). (I mean like how many wholesale stores can there be in a 10 min radius of Siam Paragon and CW) .

With these "possible stores" I would contact them and get it done and over with. However, there seems to be very few people on TV that even know of a possible store.

No offense to anyone from my last reply (I really mean it and i apologies if it did) but yeah, I was very optimistic . To be fair I myself didn't know it was a wholesale store at the start.

After some thought about it, I remember an advice given earlier about searching on the products which the shop sold (at that time only rilakkuma). So after searching for it, there were almost no stores which sold products of 2 different "brands" while still under the category of "plushies". So under the idea of finding the product and rather than giving names here are the 3 most "stand out" plushies and after doing some research on buildings and shops.

The shop itself is probably only 1/2 floors and the rest of the 3/4 story building is used to store products.

I have contacted a few wholesale plush stores / retail plush stores. I did not contact startoys as they did not sell plushies.

Sadly none of the them offer much help (let alone a location).

I also contacted a tarepanda lover but he/she directed me to a department store which was near SP and CW.

So now instead of just locating the store directly, I am trying to find plushie enthusiast / community who knows where all the stores are located ( BUT even finding a TH plushie community is very challenging ). Know of any plush communities ?

I am looking for the store mainly due to personal reason (whether relationship / long lost sibling / business issues) but am not reveal it until i actually find this store.

Seeing as finding the store directly is hard, the main objective now is to find plushie people/communities. Thanks

Alright, fair enough- I'm bowing out anyway because I'm not entirely sure the people you're trying to find what you to find them, hence you being so cagey about the reasons. And there's a big leap between lost long family and and the nebulous 'business reasons'... I suspect you're going to struggle though, a 15 minute drive raids round Paragon is a huge area to cover, especially with such a generic style store.
