I think all the gay moderators are extremely good, and its because they participate in the best sub-forum vis a vis writing excellence.

The fresh crop of normal moderators on other forums are much improved too on the previous crew.......not that I know who they were or anything about their modus operandi.

This reminds me, though, that subject material like this is too tempting to break the usual strict rule against comments on moderating. So, we've all welcomed Endure, and I'm very pleased he's here helping out.
