Do I have to bring proof of income from my American employer?

One of the questions on the application paper says you need to provide you Thai address and your American address?

Why would I have a American address if I am living in Thailand?

Is there anything else I will need to bring or just my passport.

Very easy, you will need affirmation that you are able to marry from your Embassy.
The affirmation must be translated to Thai and the translation must get approval from ministry of foreign affairs.

She needs id card and copy house book.
Go to the Amphur in Nathon bring 20 baht.
