I assume that you mean white eggs for coloring. Use duck eggs, which are white. All of the markets have them. They are more expensive than chicken eggs, but not a problem for a few dozen Easter eggs. And the taste is almost the same, with duck eggs being slightly stronger, which many Thais prefer.

Villa Supermarket has some Cadbury's creme eggs and caramel ones but did not spot any full size Easter eggs on Sunday :)
