The project is rapidly taking shape and destined to transform the southern end of the beach. On February 7th, the Lumpini Park Beach condominium was officially placed ‘on the market’ and hundreds of prospect buyers flocked to the gala event. Reports suggest that 70% of the units were sold, demonstrating the strong demand for condominiums in prime locations with ready beach access. This is a location where residents have an easy stroll to the best Cha-Am has to offer. Apart from the ocean literally across the road, restaurants, shopping and entertainment are also on the doorstep. Nick167 Posted April 4, 2015 Share Posted April 4, 2015 Becareful when buying Lumpini projects....yes they are cheap...but you get cheap neighbours who are dirty and the behaviour of uncivilised pigs. I bought at Onnut 46 and am regreting it. After 6 months, the common areas like the corridors, the lobby, lift areas are so dirty. The staff do not care and the management sucks! The security guards are so rude....they do not help you if you are with lots of bags, do not call a taxi for you, etc. Stay aware from Lumpini projects. They used to be good but no longer.
