Expedia vs Zuji ... which is better ?

Featured Replies

Which is your preferred travel partner ? I mean if you have to book a flight and accommodation at the same time.

Try the Expedia American site. I used it and booked a first class ticket from Africa to Australia return cheaper than a business class seat on Qantas. I found that the prices varied from day to day so it is worth while trawling through the prices. The only problem I found is that if you have an issue and want to make a booking change you have to deal with Expedia and not the airline or hotel.

Anyone managed to get the full benefits of stopover with tickets booked via online sites ?

For example, from Singapore to Shanghai, instead of flying SQ or Air China which will fly you directly to Shanghai, you fly Thai Airways and get to stopover at Bangkok. The problem with online booking is your can't seem to get out of the Suvarnabhumi and laze around in Bangkok for a few days before resuming your connecting flight to Shanghai.

Of course you can book by way of multi destinations, but that will mean you pay one ticket for SGP to BKK and another from BKK to SHG.

I like to use skyscanner month calander view for flights and i get some great bargains, also i find lastminute.com pretty decent but for hotels alwaya agoda as i like the paypal option plus occasionally get a free night witg the points i build up.

Its also worth using the skyscanner price alert which will email you proce alerts for certain dates.
