Work permit extension

Hi,

What is the minimum turn over or tax requirements i have to fulfill if any to get a work permit extension?

1 farang WP and 4 thai staff.

All the requirement are the same as applying for the original work permit.

So there is no minimum yearly VAT turn over amount of more or less 1 000 000 baht i need to make in order for a WP extension?

This was not an initial requirement but i am informed at the moment that if i don't make this amount the WP will not be extended unless........$$$$$$.

No official requirement of minimum turnover. But labour department may ask extra questions if your revenue is not enough to pay the wages, taxes and premiums for the foreign worker.
