I was browsing the topics but could not find an answer ( or maybe did not read carefully enough ).

Does anybody know how long is the Visa processing time in Sin or Kul for Non Immigrant B visa?

We are a total of 3, who will work in Bangkok as a representatives for a Finnish tour-operator, due to language barrier usually visa's and workpermits are almost automatically granted. I got my visa from Helsinki embassy within 20 hrs, but 2 others (Fin citizens) are arriving directly from their previous posts where is no possibility to obtain visa in advance, and we have to make the procedure from BKK by flying either to Kul or Sin - or maybe somewhere else if a good and fast alternative exists during second week of october. Any news - what is the fastest and most convenient way?

Two days, as long as you submit the paperwork at the Embassy/Consulate in the morning of the first day. You pick up the visa with your passport the afternoon of the second day.

Are Singapore and KL as efficient as Penang is reputed to be for the granting of non-imm visas?

Just returned from Singapore with a non-imm B visa, dropped off application and passport on Thursday morning at 9:15am (when it opens), and picked it up on Friday afternoon at 2:00pm (when it opens for pick-up).
