Hey All ..

My parents are travelling to the US next week. They will be staying there for 2 months.

I was just thinking about getting a travel insurance for them (both 60+) ..

what do you all suggest ? any particular insurance company to contact .. Just to add, they have no insurance in thailand right now...

Waiting for your replies..

I looked at BUPA's international coverage and noticed that their best plan only covered :

Medical & other expenses 2,000,000

Personal Accident 1,000,000

Emergency Medical Assistance 1,000,000

If your parent had, say, a heart attack in the US, I don't think that coverage would be enough.

I'm wondering if anyone has actually had to use BUPA in the US and if they found it adequate
