SoFarAndNear
Hello, I want to for rent my car to someone and want to do everything correct with contract. Car is full 1st class insured. Someone, who I trust, would rent it for at least 1 year and also agree on a contract. - Someone can share his experiences? - Can someone give me an english/thai car rental contract. I just found either thai or english ones but no contract which is in english/thai. - Do I have to tell insurance that the car has been rented? We don't make any real profit. It will just cover the cost for the monthly pay down rate. Thanks
IMHO
Check your insurance policy closely - I'm yet to see one that didn't become void if the car was being rented.
ste860
you will also find your lease agreement forbids hire for personal gain ,until the cars paid for it still belongs to the finance company , plus as mentioned above insurance will be void
