You know that 6.5 baht 200g runny tofu? I didn't know that it was for making miso soup. I was coating cold rice with it and eating it with curry. Surprisingly delicious. Rice can be a bit dry, but coating it with tofu makes it almost like macaroni cheese, and it dramatically ups the protein content. Worth a try.

If you want to go the manky whole hog I'd recommend rice coated in tofu, mixed with a couple of tins of sardines in tomato sauce - the spicy SeaLect ones if you're feeling flush - some chopped spring onions and tomatoes, a few chopped cooked eggs and a fistful of peanuts.
