Any reputable goldsmith/jeweller will be able to arrange this for you....take in your design.

You should be charged the going rate for the gold and a reasonable but small fee for making the bangle

10 baht weight is equivalent to approx 5 troy ounces (apprx 156 grams) and will feel heavy.
