A little while ago I posted a question about things having to do with apt hunting. I'm in Bangkok now and plan to look for something next week.

  • Small studio or 1 bedroom apt is fine
  • Near BTS/MTR
  • Included or affordable high speed internet OR possibility to have my own phoneline installed
  • No more than 10k baht per month
  • Not too dodgy an area, pref other farang in the building
  • Air conditioning
  • Security

Any tips, hints or what not ... please do let me know
