Now that immigration seem to have completely lost the plot on retirement extensions and started insisting on maps to such and photos of the married couple, plus proof of address, how does it work if you live in an hotel or guest house?

My main question though, and apologies if asked already, is, can I obtain a retirement extension at a different office to the previous one if travelling around Thailand, or do I have to go back to same office? In that case how do I deal with not having a permanent address back where I USED to live?

If I can get one at a different office, do I have to have a permanent address?

You can apply at any office if you have the required "proof" of residence smile.png

Do not forget that 90 day reports must be made to the office from which the extension of stay was obtained ! (Unless you can make the on line reporting system work !)
