First (Retirement) Annual Extension & with Re-entry Permit & Upcoming Flight Out & In

Recommended Posts

For sake of certainty, being the first time to have gone through this loop -

  • Annual Extension - expires 23 Dec 2015
  • Re-entry Permit - stamp in passport (same expiry date)
  • 90 Day Report - due date 25 May (meaning any time now)
  • Next 90 Day Report due date - 22 Aug (by my calculation)
  • Flight out of Thailand - 16 June
  • Return flight back to Thailand not yet confirmed but could be late August.

Is there any problem if the return date is after the 90 day reporting date of 22 August, as per the example above?

With thanks for the advice.

Since you will be leaving in June you will not have a report of staying longer than 90 days in the country due in August since you will not be in the country for 90 days.

Your report would be due 90 days from the date you re-enter the country including that date in the count.
