If you're interested about taxi at Suvarnabhumi maybe you'd like to know that not everybody like official procedure. So on arriving you just go up to 4 floor. Departure zone.Go out. A lot of people is coming in taxi.Going out of car. Every taxi is free now! You can choose prefered color, size,brand and etc.No queue, no paperwork, no waiting! Yes, it's illegal now.For about 5 years. But if security can see that you know and understand procedure he'll let you to do it. You have to pay nothing to him(smile/wink). Not sure if this info usefull for you. But hundreds of people use this method!
