Need someone to tell me my cat's autopsy report in layman's terms!

Hi there,

Strange request, but I've been given an autopsy report, written in English, for our cat that suddenly and unexpectedly died two days ago. I've done some research online to find out the jargon but it doesn't tell me if he died of a disease or if it was sudden (choking, etc). I've asked the animal hospital to get back to me, but to no avail.

Any ex-vets or people in the medical profession who'd be willing to help give me a quick 'translation', please PM me. My family would like to know why our cat died!
