And right now is the moment to ask - in low season an owner has a reason to say yes, from November he doesn't. Two things worth checking before you sign: the electric rate (anything over 7 is the owner's markup, not PEA's) and whether the monthly price drops if you pay two or three months up front. In August most small owners will say yes to that. In December they won't.
