My 90 day report is due on June 17th.

On the 18th of June I leave for a holiday, by air.

Do I still do the 90 day report.

I'll move this to the correct forum, though the answer is yes, it could be picked up at a later stage and a fine imposed, unlikely but it could.

Per above, you must report.

Try to do it online or by registred mail.

As said you need to do the report before leaving. If you left on or before the 17th it would not be need since you would not of stayed over 90 days.

Thanks for the answers. I'll do it on the 10th when I do my 3rd extension in a row. Now I forgot if on the tm8 re-entry form, I fill in the details of the original NonO visa or the details of the extension. Thanks in advance.

The form speaks for itself. You fill in the details of your original visa, when you entered Thailand and your current permisison to stay.
