Hello5130
Hello I am a British passport holder and will be in Thailand for a total of 87 days before going back to the UK. If I apply for a single entry 60 day tourist visa can I get a 30 day extension at the Krabi immigration office or should I apply for a double entry visa and do a visa run just confused because I keep reading different things.also I went to Thailand for 6 weeks in November last year on a single entry 60 day tourist visa, Iam going in September this time can I get declined a visa
LivinginKata
I see no problem applying for a 30 day extenion at Krabi Immigration based on your 60 day tourist visa - cost 1,900 baht.
grumpyoldman
Apples and oranges, either way o.k.. As LIK posts, you can get an extension once here, or you can go the double entry route and take a jaunt out of the country whilst here. Probably the extension once here will be the easier route unless you want to see Sinoukville, or something in the region nearby.
