Constitutional court called for to verify profile of NCCC nominees

Constitutional Court will call a meeting on 26th of September for a resolution over the request the qualifications of National Counter Corruption Commission (NCCC) nominees. After a meeting regarding the qualifications of five nominees for NCCC members, Court Secretary-General Paiboon Warahapaithoon (ไพบูลย์ วราหะไพฑูรย์) disclosed that the Senate president has requested the court to verify the qualification of the nominees.

He stated that the court has already received a document about the profile of Associate Professor Dilok Bunruangrod(ดิลก บุญเรืองรอด) from Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

Mr. Paiboon added that the court possesses information of relevant individuals and organization.

He disclosed that the President of Constitutional court has assigned each judge to draft his own verdict and the meeting will take place on the 26th of September for final resolution.
