Commanders Of Every Force Summoned To Attend Meeting

Commanders of every force attend the meeting to discuss about situation along borders and intelligence matters

Commanders from all armed forces attended the 4th commander conference where they will discuss about the situation along border areas of Thailand as well as issues regarding intelligence.

Supreme Commander Ruangroj Mahasaranond (เรืองโรจน์ มหาศิรานนท์) chaired the conference at the Royal Thai Police. Commander in Chief of the Royal Thai Army Sonthi Boonyaratkalin (สนธิ บุญยรัตกลิน), Navy Commander Sathraphan Keyanond(สถิรพันธ์ เกยานนท์ ), Air Force Commander-in-Chief Chalit Pookpasuk (ชลิต พุกผาสุข), Royal Thai Police Commissioner-General Kovit Wattana (โกวิท วัฒนะ) and other relevant commanders also attended the meeting. The meeting will summarize the intelligence issues in Thailand and foreign countries.

During the meeting, the Royal Thai Police will report the situations along the borders, narcotics as well as intelligence matters. The Supreme Command Headquarters will inform about the performances of the intelligence, the adjustment within the forces and weapons training. The head of Supreme Command will also inform about the performances of Supreme Commander as well as commanders of all forces for the year 2006.

Gen. Ruangroj will deliver policies to the commanders and the details of the meeting will be disclosed at 15:30 hours today.
