if i use pension plus cash for a retirement visa does the cash have to be in the bank for 3 months or can you pay it in anytime before application? thanks in advance for any helpful replies.

Assume you are asking about a 12 month extension for retirement.

No there is no requirement to season the bank money.

However one or two offices do not know this. rolleyes.gif

The money just has to be in the bank on the date you apply for the extension of stay (it is not a visa) according to the written rules. As far as I know Jomtien immigration goes by the rules.
