Non O visa, marriage, extension at immigration possible?

Featured Replies

I have a Non Imm O visa, not extension, based on marriage. Valid 12 month, multiple entry.

6 month in the visa validity.

After 90 days I left Thailand and returned. Now 6 month in validity.

Now next 90 days are up.

Question now:

Can I get a 60 days extension at Immigration office against payment and after these 60 days expires then leave and return again and get 90 days again.

Or will a 60 days extension make the visa void.

I have made one exit/entry after the first 90 days of the visa and now the next is coming.

In case the extension is an option, which documents are then needed.

Sure you experienced guys here knows.

A 60 day 'visit Thai wife extension' is possible on any entry stamp.

You will need your wife to go with you, house book + copy for area where you are applying, id card + copy, marriage cert + copy, 2 passport photo's, copies of passport pages id page. visa, entry stamp, arrival card plus 1.900 baht

Visa is still valid until expiry/use by date

Thanks Steve, and sorry for the late feedback.

I will try this way.

Just little curious about the house book.

We do not stay at the same province as my wifes house book is from (her family place). We stay at rented place and have no house book for this.

What do the house book show that is not in the id card and marriage papers?

Is it still needed or something else needed when we stay for rent?

rental agreement i believe
