i am staying very long time in thailand. i was enjoying 1 year visa from local immigration based on 3million baht, but since 3 years no more, do to changes of rules ( govermentbak no intrest,or nearly no),, condo not acept for visa, your own stocks of local companys hold are not acept.

until now i stay with borderruns or TR visa. no legal way to join visa.

AND NOW I HAVE TO LEAVE THIS BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY EEVN IT IS REGISTERT OON MY NAME????

YOU THINK I WOULD SPEND AGAIN 100.000 us$,, FOR A BAEUTIFUL CONDO WITH AN IGRNORRANT MANAGMENT HOW CARES ONLY MONEY?????

just look around here everywhere plastikrubish beach up and down.........this was my mayor problem until now,,, wah i tryed to help solved out,,,no way of help form goverment not TAT not local authoritys.

ok forget,,,,,

you know what,,,,now i tell my friends not more to buy something here, do to very uncertainty and antiforeigner sentiment made by your goverment.

i really enjoing here the small restaurants and small spots,,, GGRRRRR even the foreign restaurnat, we go half half to foreign half to thai ( because of girlfirend)

dont tell me to go married !!!!! this my goverment not get done, and not thailand,for sure not, even you g married, you are not ANY MORE SURE WHAT HAPPEND NEXT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thailand want only multimillionars over 50,, or shorttime touris who leave quick money here.

last, i would fell very sorry here if foreigners have to close down bars,restaurants, because then waht can do evenings??? only eat everyday thaifish or somtam no thanks!!!!

i am considering malaysia as a place to go. not that they love foreigners, but do to the war of terror, as an moslem state they sufferd, and immigration rules, house and land buying are easy included a 5 year residentsvisa ( onlineapply with all forms from malaysiaimmigration) even my car thairegisterd and my furnished can bring in without hassle and TAX.

malaysia learned already.........................

i would prefer to stay here, but no way under current conditions.

i dont want to work, 10 mio i not bring govermentbank,and i not go married, lat solution BYE BYE next year................................

THAIS, have to look at other problems

-- trafic,, jump over the street like a rabit

--rubish and sukerpuk on beaches

--doublepricingstandard with now increasing again ( thai pay 20 ,foreigner 200 and next year 400,,for see a waterfall without water)

--and again RUBISH AND PLASTICBAGS joining everybeach and street

the good thing

-- no crime

--firendly people

--dremendous infrastructure

--cheap livingcosts

--excellent hospital services

YOU THINK I AM THE PERSON THE GOVERMENT WANT TO TARGET???????
