I am teacher in South Thailand and I work as recruiter. Most probably I could get excellent TOIC results mainly from Filipino teachers, but it turned out r soon that they cannot write better than my students. How does it come? They make basic grammatical and other mistakes with higher scores than 900 (out of 1000)? Just for information; South Africans usually reach 850-900. Could it be a new business? How can you complain about filipinos grammar and puctuation mistakes when you clearly need some lessons of your own.

The highest TOEIC score is 990, just wondering why you’re not able to Google some easy stuff, being a recruiter?
