CWMcMurray
The owner of the company I work for here in Thailand has an issue with an insurance claim for a condo she owns in UK She has asked me to intervene with the management company on her behalf Does anyone know if there is anything similar to the Condominium Act in the UK that lays out regulations? I know this maybe border line for This forum but I think that this is dealing with something I need to do for the Thai owner of the Thai company I work for , it may be allowed as 'dealing with Thailand' As the owner is afraid that the management company may be trying to take advantage or treating her differently than local people. If such laws exist, could some one give me a link. Thanks for any help any can give... As I am a U.S. Citizen , so not familiar with UK laws and can not seem to find anyone using Google Link to comment
