BIGJIMMY
Hello everybody peeps, we're just about to submit our settlement visa for Mrs E and as always I have a look on here first then at the governments website, I've just seen people talking about having to use a settlement visa within 30 days of it being granted, WHAT??? so no more post dating for 3 months then having 3 months to play with before actually having to enter the UK on the visa?????? We're planning on being back in the UK before Christmas, probably around October time but now if this is the case then we'll have to rethink it as we've still lots to do. Aaarrrhhhh. Thanks in advance Jimmy
