Retirement Or Marriage Visa

My, Thai, partner and I have a home in Thailand and I am due to retire early next year. I was going to live on a retirement visa as I didn't intend to work. Given the current uncertainty is this still an option or would I be better to go for a marriage visa. My pension is about 2m, which I think should be sufficient.

I apologise if this has been covered elsewhere, but could do with a pointer in the right direction.
