Police say Phnom Penh massage parlour offered sex with children

A husband and wife were arrested on Monday with police alleging their Phnom Penh massage parlour was a brothel offering sex with underage girls.

Toch Bros, 52, and Young Thoun, 36, are being questioned by anti-human trafficking police, following a raid at their business in the capital’s Chamkarmon district on Monday night.

According to the police report, six girls, mostly underage, were rescued from the premises.

Deputy prosecutor of Phnom Penh Municipal Court Kong Sam Saret said the business was a front for exploitation.

This is a serious offence in any country including Thailand and Cambodia.

If proven to be guilty put those 2 bastards in prison for 10 years!

The age of 14 is meant for other reasons, to define the legality. ( under 14 years old is always rape ) above 14 to 16 can't be an adult involved or max 5 years or so older

Love how so many on this thread are defending the indefensible.

If some filthy old foreign pervert showed an interest in a 15 yo daughter of one of these 'defenders' I'd love to see the reaction.

In Thailand and Cambodia, if everyone who had sex with a minor was put in jail, the jails would be overflowing. Sex is rife with young girls in this part of the world and parents just throw their hands in the air and say  " what can you do"!

"Age of consent" does not automatically make commercial transactions legal.
It means no prosecution for consensual acts as in boyfriend/girlfriend. 
Money changing hands is still illegal in some areas, especially when one is not considered fully "adult".
